Event week might be hectic. Keynotes, presentation, offsites,
expo after hours, and more! If you get knocked off course,
here’s a list of things that can help.

Where do the buses pick us up on Museum Monday?

East entrance of the hotel at 6:30 pm. Three buses will make multiple trips until all guests arrive to the museum. Look for a person in an orange Navigate t-shirt if you're not sure where to be.

Where is breakfast and Lunch?

All meals will be served in Regency Ballroom A, on the fourth floor, adjacent to the general speaking sessions.

What bars are reserved for Taste Tuesday?
And Where are they located?

Click on the ACTIVITY tab of the event app and the establishment and address will be listed. All 4 bar/restaurants are within 1/4 mile from hotel. If you get turned around, look for a Navigate staff member with an orange T-shirt. They'll be in the lobby and near the establishments to help you navigate successfully.

Where can I download the event app?

What are the self parking options at the Hyatt?
